Selection Process
Athletes are evaluated by a panel of college coaches, former players, and FlagRecruit scouts based on film, stats, and showcase performance.
Elite Standard
Only the top athletes in each position group earn All-American status. This is the highest individual honor FlagRecruit bestows.
Lasting Recognition
All-American status follows athletes through their careers. College coaches specifically seek out FlagRecruit All-Americans in recruiting.
